30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Your first order is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, we'll provide a full refund or replacement — no questions asked.
Return Eligibility (Non-First-Order)
- Product must be unopened and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Product must be undamaged
- Opened products are not eligible for return outside the first-order guarantee
How to Start a Return
Email hello@creacoffee.net with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if damaged)
We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
- All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. To cancel, email hello@creacoffee.net or manage your subscription through your account.
