Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to United States addresses only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placement. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking email once it ships.

Delivery Times

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders (threshold shown at checkout).

Order Tracking

A tracking email is sent once your order is dispatched. If you don't receive it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@creacoffee.net.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship automatically on each billing date, following the same processing and delivery timelines above.
